Check-in / Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 14:00, and check-out must be completed before 10:00.

What do I need to check in?
Guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in. If a credit card is not provided, a $100 cash deposit is required.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact reception in advance, and additional fees may apply.

What if I arrive late for check-in?
If you plan to arrive after reception hours, please notify us in advance so we can arrange after-hours check-in.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, luggage storage is available for guests who arrive early or need to store their bags after check-out.

How do I make a booking at Windsor Heritage Motel?
You can book directly through our website for instant confirmation and the best available rates. Alternatively, you can call our reception to make a reservation.

Is a deposit required when booking a room?
No deposit is required at the time of booking. However, full payment is required upon arrival. If you don’t have a credit card, a $100 cash deposit is needed.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay. Any group booking require a months notice for cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking.

Can I modify my reservation after booking?
Yes, you can modify your booking based on availability and rate conditions. Please contact our reception for any changes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Eftpos, and cash payments upon arrival.

Does the motel have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, free wireless internet is available in all rooms and public areas for our guests.

Is parking available at Windsor Heritage Motel?
Yes, we offer free on-site parking for one car per room. We also provide additional parking for boats and trailers, with street parking available.

Does the motel have dining options?
We offer limited room service, and guests can also charge back meals from local restaurants for added convenience.

Are there laundry facilities on-site?
Yes, we provide self-service laundry facilities for guests staying at the motel.

Guests can enjoy motorised and non-motorised water sports on the Hawkesbury River, take riverside walks, visit weekend markets, or explore nearby restaurants and clubs.
